About Me
Not your typical Coach and Consultant, Krista is pursuing her passion of helping others see their own potential and achieve more. Her advanced education in business management and 25 years of experience in Management, Human Resources, HR Management, Operations Management and Executive Management has paved the way for her to open the doors of Kapstone. She is candid and logical; direct although compassionate; and driven with integrity. From Front Line Workers to Executives, she has proven results for individuals in different types of professions and with differing types of personalities.
Whether it is helping someone realize their potential, overcome challenges, brainstorm strategy, or just generally want to grow, Krista’s approach is valuable beyond basic guidance.
Krista has led departments of 45 employees and supported organizations up to 1,250 employees in various private sector industries.
In her free time, Krista volunteers with the local Community Partnership School by pursuing efforts to address barriers - such as hunger, poverty, and inadequate access to health care - that interfere with learning and student success.
