Access Tallahassee Downtown Dash 5K

Join your fellow Access members and business and community leaders in a sanctioned run that will be the first race to go through beautiful Cascades Park on Saturday, May 10! Coordinated by Access Tallahassee, the race will start downtown in the Chain of Parks, head towards Franklin and take you through Cascades Park before winding back to finish in the Downtown Marketplace. This race will be certified with the US Track & Field and will utilize Gulf Winds Track Club timing chips. Awards will be given out after the race is completed.

Participants are encouraged to stay and enjoy the marketplace after the run.

Registration Information

Registration includes participation in the Downtown Dash, a t-shirt and a timing chip. Those that are pre-registered will be able to pick up their run packet at Madison Social on Thursday, May 8 from 4pm-6pm.

By registering for the Downtown Dash only I acknowledge that I am participating at my own risk. I do hereby waive release any and all claims against Access Tallahassee, The Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce,  City of Tallahassee, additional organizers, organizing commit­tee, employees and volunteers, the host of this event or horse trials and the owners of any property on which the event is be held from any claim of injury (including death) that I may incur as a result of my participation in the event. I further hereby certify that I have full knowledge of the risks involved in this event, and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate. If, however, as a result of my participation in the Downtown Dash, I require medical attention, I hereby give consent to authorize medical personnel to provide such medical care as deemed necessary.
