Gold Medal Customer Service Training
This training identifies attitudes and behaviors essential in providing excellent customer service. What is Excellent Customer Service? How about the ability of your organization to constantly and consistently exceed your customer’s expectation, a simple goal yet only a few achieve it.

Speaker: Derrick Sykes

Derrick Sykes is an Account Executive with CareerSource Capital Region in Tallahassee, Florida.  Derrick re-joined the staff of CareerSource Capital Region in March of 2014.  Derrick is responsible for establishing, building and maintaining working relationships with perspective and existing business and organization leaders by identifying their needs and promoting CareerSource Capital Region’s services and solutions.  In addition, Derrick serves as the Region Employer Trainer and Training Grant Consultant. Derrick previously worked at Workforce Plus (now CareerSource Capital Region) for six years as Business Consultant.

Derrick is a retired U.S. Air Force veteran with 20 years of military service to his credit.  After retiring from the military, due to the arrival of hurricane Katrina in August 2005 Derrick chose to relocate to Tallahassee and setup permanent residence.
