Topic: Advocacy: Redefining Business as Usual

Advocacy is no longer just a tactic used in political campaigns. It is about solving issues and effecting change – inspiring collaboration to support causes and businesses. Karen B. Moore will teach attendees how to integrate advocacy tactics with marketing strategies; provide insight into real-world examples of successful advocacy initiatives, and provide the secrets behind influencing decision makers. Whether your goal is to increase revenue, mitigate threats or strengthen the corporate brand, advocacy plays a key role in redefining business as usual.

Speaker: Karen B. Moore

Karen is founder and CEO of Moore Communications Group. In the more than two decades since she began the firm, Karen has amassed an astonishing amount of success on behalf of state and national clients. An advocacy expert, Karen has successfully built a vast array of state and national coalitions, impacting important legislative issues. She has shaped conversations surrounding critical patient access policies using a smart mix of grasstops, grassroots, and strategic alliance development efforts.
