Workforce & Talent Roundtable

Regardless of the size of your business, you will be impacted by the new Department of Labor Overtime regulations which will go into effect 12/1/16. The Chamber is taking a proactive approach to provide our members with tools for taking the necessary steps to be in compliance. This month we will host a series of roundtable discussions where members can learn about the new regulations and have questions answered by local labor and employment attorneys. 

Jason Taylor's practice includes both civil litigation and workers’ compensation matters.  He represents employers and businesses throughout Florida and Georgia in state and federal venues with a focus on employment and labor law and civil rights issues.  Jason assists clients in all phases of the employment relationship, from the development of compliant policies, procedures and practices within organizations, to representation during administrative actions and audits, civil litigation and appellate court proceedings.
