Kessler Construction renovated our master bathroom and did an amazing job. The quality was beyond what we expected. The entire Kessler team were great to work with, and very professional. There were several trades involved in the overall renovation and Kessler Construction made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the timeframe initially given to us. Kessler Construction was able to work with us on staying within our budget and providing us with suggestions and options. We will definitely be contacting Kessler Construction for future remodel projects.

It went awesomely! Due to living far away we couldn't visit the construction site, but they uploaded frequent photos to their awesome client web site where we could also see photos of items we chose and other details. Even did Facetime walkthroughs with us. Kessler was super responsive to any inquiries we had and were very professional. We really couldn't be happier. We just moved in a few weeks ago and the attention to detail is awesome, and all the work inside and out is really top notch. We'd totally use them again if we ever needed to build another house in the Tallahassee area. Really nice gift basked too at the end with very personal touches unique to our house. Can't say enough good things :)

Whenever that happened, the Kessler folks made sure that things were right – period – no hassles. In fact they have always worked closely with us to see that our expectations were fully met. That alone is worth a lot. I can highly recommend them.

Kessler provided excellent communications, employees were punctual, respectful and professional. Best of all, the excellently completed project was brought in on time and on budget.

Our interior designer chose Kessler for our kitchen remodel and we cannot be happier with our new kitchen. Our project manager was here whenever we needed him, the contractors were great and everyone who has visited our new kitchen is impressed.

After researching, visiting Parade of Homes sites for quality of work, observing the interaction with consumers, and being CAPS certified it was a good fit for us to entrust our renovation project in the hands of Kessler Construction. Mark picked up on our vision and we were quickly on the same page. His suggestions were invaluable and made the pre-construction process a breeze. The Kessler team treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. We are enjoying the results of a job well done.

We were impressed from start to finish. We needed a new home built, but we were moving from the Keys, and didn't know anyone here, so didn't know who to use. We started looking at their reviews, and felt confident they were the team we needed. Then we found out they built the local animal shelter pro bono, and that sealed the deal. They're not just in it for the money; they enjoy what they do and it shows. I have never seen a Kessler new construct or remodel that wasn't spectacular. They're the best!

The Kessler Construction team was very organized and efficient as they helped guide us through our building addition. They made the process much less daunting than I feared it would be by preparing us for each stage of the construction process from planning to finishing. They were regularly on-hand to oversee the project and kept us updated on the progress and any changes in the plan that became necessary (complete with accurate estimated costs). They helped develop a plan for keeping our business open while the addition to the main entrance of our building was under construction. They continued to be available for questions after completion of the project. The Kessler Construction team is trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them and would choose them again!

It was great working with Mark, Jason, Nicole and Kim. The communication through the entire process was over the top. Kim was absolutely amazing with her eye for design details. Jason was on top of everything that was going on. We provided them with an inspiration photo, and the finished product is a mirror image of the photo. Kessler exceeded our expectations, their work and materials used was very high quality. I've been telling our friends about Kessler. We are already working with them on another home improvement project.

We had a great experience with Mark Kessler and Kessler Construction. They built a large, separate three-garage (30 x 40 ft) next to our house. The project included connecting the garage to the existing house via an elevated, covered walkway and addition of a whole-house backup generator. Our experience was good at every phase of the project. During design Mark and his team listened closely to our needs, offered good ideas for improvement and refinement, and then came up with a design that met our needs very nicely. The site work and building went smoothly. Each subcontractor was a high-quality craftsman. Mark Kessler and Mike Johnson did a great job overseeing all the subcontractors to ensure a good end-product. As the project progressed, there were a few adjustments and addition of some items we forgot to include in the initial design. These changes were incorporated seamlessly and the price adjustments were very equitable. The basic workmanship of everything was outstanding, but we were particularly impressed with the attention to detail by Mark and this team - they achieved a perfect match of the house design and construction, including finding the exact same siding and ensuring soffits and all detail work matched exactly. The end result is that the garage looks like it was part of the original construction. Kessler has a very nice web site that has excellent communication tools that facilitates easy communication at all phases of the project including sharing updates, contracts, design diagrams, detail selections, and adjustment approvals. They had excellent follow-up after the project was finished. For example, the motion detector lamps on the walkway connecting the garage to the house did not seem to be working optimally, but it took a couple weeks to determine this. As soon as I let Mike Johnson know, he got with the light fixture distributor, obtained replacement lights, and installed them. They now work perfectly. We love our new garage and would recommend Kessler Construction without hesitation.

Wonderful. Very professional, kept me informed throughout the entire process. Even brought in someone to clean up any dust and debris at the end. Cannot recommend them enough. They create a project login page for you online so you can follow progress and ask questions. (I had lots of questions)

Went wonderfully. The Kesslers were very helpful throughout the whole process. They helped in the design and guided us throughout the construction from beginning to end. They had very good suggestions and ideas to maximize the space. They estimated 13 weeks for completion and that is exactly how long it took. They provided us with regular updates via text and photo messaging, emails and phone calls. We always knew what to expect. They were very clean and organized and mindful of all of our pets. I would definitely use them again.

Kessler Construction worked with my 'industry vendorsand quot; to help me achieve a complete update to my convenience store. The project included the following: remove all bathrooms fixtures and replace with a complete and quot;touch freeand quot; bathrooms (6 toilets, 3 urinals, 4 sinks, 4 hand dryers) removal of all tile; replace with new tile removal of cabinets relocate drains and electrical outlets to accommodate my new cabinets and fixtures. paint provide temporary conditioned bathrooms for my customers - yes i was able to stay open during this project! Kessler Construction worked with multiple vendors that I deal with to ensure that the project was completed to my satisfaction and in a timely fashion.

Based on a recommendation from our draftsman, we included Kessler Construction on our list of contractors to interview. Mark Kessler had the initiative to contact our draftsman, get a copy of our plans, and review them prior to his interview which made the interview itself more of a planning session than an interview. It was this attention to detail that proved to us that we were selecting the right contractor for our job. We learned and admire their approach to doing business. First, we signed a contract and provided them with a retainer. The retainer allowed them to begin working with engineers and soil specialists. Next, we were presented with a preliminary budget. No work began until everyone agreed on the scope, specifications (products), and budget. This process was expertly managed and very easy. We then agreed on a starting date and a goal was set for completion. Kessler Construction completed our job on time and on budget !!! Three months from the date Kessler began our project, it was finished !! The Kessler Team are experts at scheduling, selecting the finest sub-contractors, coordinating the subs, project management, quality, and above most - customer service. They also use online software that is incredibly useful for each of their projects. It has instant messaging capabilities, specifications are listed in an easy to read format, the budget and actual costs are there at all times to see, all project files (paperwork) are available as pdf documents, and during construction Mark took pictures and uploaded them instantly for me to view while I was at work. This tool is an amazing feature for Kessler Construction that sets them apart. As for our construction, we added 1000 square feet above our two garages and a laundry room with acess from the laundry room. Thanks to Mark's careful planning, we never lost use of our laundry room. This was very important to us because we lived in the house while it was under construction. Our goal was for this addition NOT to look like an addition. It consists of a kitchenette, a craft area, a living space, desk area, pool table, bedroom, and bath. It's perfect. Everyone that sees it can't believe it's new - it looks and feels just like the rest of the house. The cabinet maker that Kessler uses has many, many different choices to choose from - they were amazing. We selected a vinyl floor that looks like wood - it's an amazing new material that had never been used on stairs - they made it work and it's stunning. The tile we used in the kitchette backsplash and in the bathroom are stunning, the windows are top-notch and the lighting and ceiling fans look are amazing. It is exactly what we wanted !! Mark and the entire Kessler Team are incredible to work with and I'd recommend them for any remodeling project as well as any new home project. You should also see the barns they've built.... The vision and the attention to details are refreshing !!! We never thought our project would go so well - if so we'd have done it long before we did. Note: Our project was completed in December, 2013. In March, 2014 I started consulting with Kessler clients on selections for their own custom homes.

They started first by replacing the rotted boards with new boards. They installed the new posts on the front porch. Then replaced all the windows which required a lot of work since the windows were originally set in before the brick on the outside of the front and sides was installed and also before the windowsills were tiled. When they finished the windows they also installed new windowsills where needed. They started on the siding while the windows were being installed. They sided all areas that had wood, including wrapping the new posts on the porch. They were on-site every day to make sure that things were done timely and correctly. The subcontractors they used were excellent as well, always timely and neat.

They helped me with each step to decide how to use my available space and suggestions on what fixtures would work in my space. I was able to watch what they did most days and they and their subcontractors always answered any questions that I had. They were very clean while in my house, putting down drop cloths where they were walking to and from the door to protect my carpet as well as cleaning up the work area each afternoon before leaving. This was very important to us since we were still sleeping in our room. They came by the house at least once every day to check on the subcontractors, both checking their work and making sure the subcontractors had all that they needed.

He was very kind and very generous. There was a very small interaction but I came away very impressed.
