Knowledgeable and Professional with a great support staff. Knows the area wants to help you find what you are looking for, at the price you want to pay. If it exists she will turn it up. The more you define your requirements the faster the process. I defined what i hoped to find then redefined it 4 or 5 times. I don't hand out many 5 Star ratings as there is generally room to improve. In my case they reacted and responded without a flaw. She has been on the spot and helpful. Unfortunately what I had hoped to find isn't available and that's not the Realtors jfault. I highly recommend Christie and her team. I'll update the review if a purchase is made.

You know how Yelpers say they wish they could give six stars or ten? I wish I could give Christie Orros 11. Although my little Tallahassee townhouse (that I originally bought for my FSU student-daughter) is barely in the five digit price-range, I'm sure I receive the same service from Ms.Orros and her assistants that million dollar customers get. Ms. Orros has proven herself to be intelligent, informed, diligent, attentive, experienced and friendly. I asked God to hook me up with the best AND the most honest agent in town and my prayer was answered 111%. Maybe 111 is the right amount of stars for Christie?

I never thought I would yelp review a Realtor, but Christie Orros is in a league of her own. I have bought and sold multiple properties throughout Florida, and thus have worked with many Realtors. I can say without reservation no one has come close to the level of customer service, intimate knowledge of the community, and ability to hear your needs.

Christie also has an office wired up with the latest technology where she can browse and compare multiple listings on a big screen with you, which definitely beats looking over someone's shoulder at a tiny monitor. It was during this session that I knew I'd found the right Realtor. Christie was able to compile so much data from multiple sources, on each location, within minutes, to include school zones, estimated utility cost, flood zones, rental potential, comparable listings, mortgage calculators, and a whole lot more. With this information we refocused my search and devised a strategy for my top picks and hit the streets.

The secret with Christie is her ability to "hear" between the lines and show you exactly what you're looking for, with no agenda as to who's listing it is. Furthermore, you can tell without a doubt that she is truly passionate about her career and takes pride in her work product. After I flew out of town, Christie also did several amazing walk through videos of locations where she literally answered every question I would of had about the place. I'll tell you right now that has never happened with a Realtor before and took a lot of pressure off me as a buyer.

Christie also appeared to be very well networked with area builders, realtors, and lenders that allowed her to set appointments on the fly, discuss financing options on certain projects, and provide guidance that wouldn't have been possible to someone without her network.

As an added bonus, Christie has an easy going personality and a good sense of humor that makes for an enjoyable day looking for your dream home. I hope this review saves you the frustration of working with a mediocre realtor and makes your home buying experience a great one.

Christie is a wonderful realtor. We sold three SFH rentals and today she closed the sale of our home. We sold these 4 properties one at a time, so obviously we are 3-time repeat customers and have been more than satisfied at every step. Here are the reasons she is so good: (1) Christie comes from a family of realtors so she has known the business from childhood and has ready access to a lot of expert advice (not that she needs it), (2) she has lived in Tallahassee all her life so she knows the market and all the neighborhoods intimately, and (3) she is digitally savvy so she stays on top of the many listing services; as a result we got as much exposure as possible. (4) She has an able assistant, so nothing, absolutely nothing falls through the cracks. (5) We learned about her because she had the highest recommendation of the best and best-known real estate lawyer in Tallahassee. (6) Most importantly, she works hard. Our last sale was an unusual property and was unusually complex (multiple buildings, large property, complicated VA buyer's loan, out-of-town buyer, and the buyer's realtor was an inexperienced dilettante -- plus hurricane Michael hit the area just before closing!), but Christie got everything to the finish line with no problems. She always gives 110%. At this writing, I am not surprised to see she has 43 reviews and not a single score below 5 stars. If I could give six, I would.
