Josh came out really quickly (on a weekend), was helpful, knowledgeable and very efficient. He diagnosed capacitor problem, installed new one, and had my AC working again in leas than 20 minutes. I've only had great experiences with Keith Lawson.

Just had an urgent service call by Kevin when two of our AC units went out simultaneously!

Part 2) Keith, I am disappointed that you wouldn't take my call. SO, here is my follow-up to your response: 1) I did get a rate quote of $84.95 for the initial visit. That is the ONLY quote received. 2) The tech did not give an expected time required or $ estimate. 3) I have no work order, signed or otherwise. PLEASE provide me with a copy of such. 4) The second call was DIRECTLY related, it was a follow-up (when I had to call back to ask about it). I suppose it was overlooked or not addressed, after being discussed as part of the initial reason for the call. 5) I will be glad to honor my responsibilities. Let's get them right first. Thanks. AT
Part 1) BE VERY WARY ABOUT COSTS. A job expected to be a couple of hundred was billed at $654.95 in labor alone.. No up front estimate. This was more than was paid for the original unit. I would have never agreed to such cost up front!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 1Business owner information

Thank you for your review. For clarification: Our rates are always quoted to a customer before a technician is dispatch to a residence. The technician also quoted our rate before we began work. Please review the notes on the work order you signed. The original call was less than the amount that you stated in this review. You referred to the total amount still owed to us, because you had another call, unrelated to our first repair. We would appreciate payment for the services rendered, Mr. Austin Taylor. Please call us for payment at your earliest convenience.

Waiting 5.5 hours for scheduled maintenance. Appointment made 2 weeks prior. No phone call, no explanation. Poor business practices. This is NOT how to treat your customers.

Jonathan arrived within the expected time frame, fixed the problem, and left in no time. He even cleaned up after himself!!! I would definitely use Keith Lawson again.

Work is of random quality. Employees fired or forced to take few hours. Quality and pride considerably decreased.

Keith Lawson's plumbing would not come out to help my emergency plumbing issue because my name is not on the house. I do no rent, rather my fiancé's name is on the house. I cannot gat ahold of him because he is teaching a law review class at FAMU. He would need to call it in. So, even though I was willing to pay overtime rates and what ever else the plumber would of said I owed, I was refused service. Great job on being a capitalist. I do own an apartment building that is in my name and if ever there was an emergency plumbing issue I would rather it flood than use you. Good thing there are other competitors.

Thank you for the time you have taken for a review. Unfortunately, we do need to confirm payment before services are rendered, and also need to confirm that the services that are being requested are actually being requested by the owner of the home. It is our policy to communicate with the person who is responsible for the bill and property before we provide any service. That is a policy that is in place to protect our customers. We stand behind that. We would love an opportunity to prove ourselves if the need arises. Please give us a call.

The service technician diagnosed the problem and completed the work prior to providing an estimate and then charged $216 for about 10 minutes of work (cleaning the drain line.) When I brought up the issue about the price he said he would not leave my property until the bill was paid. When I called the office to express my concerns, the level of customer service I received was somewhere between McDonalds and Comcast. Use this company at your own risk.

Thank you for your review. We take a review as an opportunity to grow and better our services for all of our customers. Unfortunately there are some discrepancies in your statements and our records. The price quoted is the correct amount for that service. The work order was approved by your wife before services were rendered. The services that were quoted were performed in a reasonable time for that repair. The work was signed off as complete. The GPS on the vehicle confirms the technician was at your home for close to an hour. Not unlike many reputable companies like Publix or Chick fila, we do take pride in the services we provide, but we do expect payment once you have benefited from that service. I do apologize if honoring a commitment was an inconvenience. Please call me directly at 558-2608 if you would like to discuss it further.
