The Eye Care of Capital Health Plan provides comprehensive eye care services for Capital Health Plan members. Eye Care of Capital Health Plan has board-certified optometrists and two locations. Services include: - Comprehensive eye exams, including dilation of the eyes - Treatment of eye diseases, eye emergencies, eye infections, etc. - Minor office eye surgeries, including foreign body removal - Low Vision Exams for the visually impaired - Contact lens services - Optical services, including a full-service optical lab
