Susie will discuss the development of women in the beer industry from various standpoints including beer, advertising, employment and beer consumerism. She will also share changes that have taken place within her own company, Tri-Eagle Sales throughout the past 16 years she and her husband have owned the business. The presentation will conclude with a special sampling of Tri-Eagle brand beverages, as well as a sampling for members to take home with them. About the Speaker:Susie Busch-Transou is co-owner with her husband, Tripp Transou, of Tri-Eagle Sales - the locally owned and operated distributer of Anheuser-Busch brands, other high quality craft and import beers, as well as non-alcohol beverages. The company services more than 800 retail accounts in nine counties in Northwest Florida, employs more than 120 individuals and has an annual product distribution is of 3.3 million cases (and growing!) Before assuming her present position in July 1996, Susie held management position at various Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. subsidiaries. She held sales and brand management positions with Anheuser-Busch Inc., the brewing subsidiary. She was President and CEO of Busch Creative Services Corporation, the former creative communications subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch Companies, Inc. She managed advertising, public relations and product development at Busch Entertainment Corporation, the family entertainment subsidiary. Giving back to the communities in which she does business is part of Susie’s business and personal fabric.
