Another Monthly Brokerage Meeting is in the books ✅ Wakulla Title Company was our Guest Speaker. The team covered the full gamut of material related to title, escrow, and closings. They walked us through the process from start to finish, shared how we as Realtors®️ can best help our clients get to the closing table, and solidified why it’s beneficial to use a local company to process real estate transactions. It was a beautiful day for a Pizza Party! 🍕 To celebrate the end of Quarter 1, we gathered at Asini’s Woodfired Grill to eat, drink, and merrily close out the end of one business quarter and the start of another. Carol Odell was announced as a new Realtor®️ Emeritus with Tallahassee Board Of Realtors. She’s matured to a certain age, has been a TBR®️ Member for 25+ years, and has held a Board of Directors position. There are fewer than thirty who currently hold this title. Be sure to congratulate Mrs. Odell 👑 Debbie Brett was acknowledged as our top producer (units and price). She received the Coffee Is for Closers AND Aces High recognitions. Craig Vollertsen was surprised with the Climbing the Ladder award for being the rookie with the highest production. Alexis Stryker allowed us to eat a key lime pie from TC Bakery when she was awarded the Sweet As Pie pie. Lexi received accolades throughout the quarter from customers and fellow real estate professionals. Paul Parker was celebrated as our Volunteer of the Quarter and was gifted with a gift for others: $50 to donate to a charity of his choice.
