My very favorite burger place in Tallahassee. Their buns are perfectly soft yet toasted on the bottom and there's something about the signature stamp on top! I love all their topping too. Garlic aioli, avocado, and grilled mushrooms anyone?!

If you're feeling guilty about a burger and fries for dinner, have no fear! They have a beyond burger which I'm eager to try next time and black bean that are equally delicious.

Can't decide between fries or onion rings? Get the fry and cry half and half order?

My only complaint is I wish they had a bit more of a wine selection.

Oh and kids eat free in Tuesday's with purchase of an adult meal. What's not to love?!?

I decided to try the new Mac and cheese burger and I'm a little disappointed bc it was nothing like the picture and wasn't all that! I didn't see or taste any white cheddar sauce , jalapeño or bacon... just a dry sandwich with some fried patty along with the burger.I am satisfied that my food was cooked hot and fresh and that I did enjoy. Next time, I will get my usual burger..

wow this place has gone down hill. I will never come back. I have been here a few times and each time it gets worse. Trust the thumbs down!
Food quality is bad. Unless you like greasy soggy buns and if you love custard don't come here because there machine is always "down." Lol. You mean you don't want to have to clean it. Then the service. That's the worst of it. When I come in, I feel like I'm bothering the employees by making them take my order. I can see it on their faces. Bye bye burgerFi.

Let me preface this with I got there on a Tuesday night around 7:45. I feel bad writing this review because I absolutely love their food! Although a few weeks ago I went into burgerfi to get their special milkshake before it was no longer offered. There was only one person in line before me, so I did not think it would take too long to get a milkshake. But the person working the register ignored the person in front of me for about 10 minutes before taking her order. So by the time I placed my order for one milkshake it was 8:00. I saw her begin to make my milkshake and then put it away to take more orders. Then a gentleman came to the front to help her and he took the order of the person behind me and made their two shakes immediately, had there been any sort of communication she could have told him that my shake was next, but that was not the case. So after the person behind me came and left I decided to ask about my shakes the time was 8:20. She said oh yea let me do that and finally around 8:30 I was given my one shake. All that was left was to top it with whip cream and a cupcake, but since she started my milkshake about thirty minutes prior by the time I got my shake it runny. I did not get a sorry for the wait or anything, the person behind the register just acted as if I was a nuisance.
I did try to contact corporate and management after this took place, but it is obvious they do not care about customer service. After I contacted corporate I received a call from the manager. I called back the next day to speak to her, but was told she was on vacation, and she would call me back when she returned and I have yet to receive that call weeks later. I called after two weeks and was told she was not working. After being avoided by management I decided to contact corporate again, and have not received a call back.

Disappointed...they have Ghiradelli Chocolate shakes on their menus and even had the ingredients for it but the cashier could not find it on the register, so she told is they were no longer available. Makes no sense. So sad these are the employees who expect to be paid $15/hr. Otherwise, this place is fairly good with a decent burger, crispy fries and great concretes.

I'm just rating the custard shake because that is all I consumed. Excellent shake. Worth the visit for the solo shake!

They have a nice little menu of burger and hot dog choices along with sides, shakes,concretes and custard ice cream to choose from. For a recent Yelp event we got to sample several of their menu items and I am truly impressed. The stellar items:

The onion rings-nice thick slices of onion with a batter that clings that were cooked to taste perfection. No need to worry about taking a bite and having the entire onion come out of the batter shell. Just the way I like them!

The fries-whether plain or Cajun seasoned or Parmesan herb seasoned or dipped in their many sauces or dipped in malt vinegar, they were all good. The fries are hand cut and crispy, not limp. They said they rinse them after cutting to get out some of the starch, then blanch them, then fry them, all to achieve that crispness.

The CEO burger-in this day of creative burger choices, this may be the champ. A delicious blend of waygu beef and brisket that had a divine sweet smoky taste that will keep me coming back. Well worth the price.

The veggie burger-this was a surprise to this meat lover because it tasted like a grilled burger. Yum. If I could ever forgo the CEO burger, I could see giving this one a try again.

The chili dog-the Vienna beef dog was tasty and they have a thick chili (no beans) that I would love to be able to order by the bowl. Nice taste with a little heat after. So good.

The custard ice cream-we were given samples of the red velvet and the mint Oreo shake. I am not fond of "stuff" in my ice cream so I concentrated on the vanilla custard ice cream above and below the layer of red velvet cake crumbles and it was delicious. The shake was quite enjoyable with a tasty mint/chocolate flavor.

They have a very friendly and attentive staff that will take care of you. The atmosphere is casual with seating inside and out depending on your preference and the weather.

I don't eat burgers/beef often nowadays. So, when I do order a burger, especially from a fast food place, I want to make sure it is as high quality as possible. At BurgerFi I know that I will get a consistently tasty burger with meat that tastes good, a tasty sauce (1000 island-like) and fully dressed. Their onion rings are also delicious. The fries are hit or miss, but I like that they are fresh.

Love this place! Super yummy and always hospitable. My favorite menu item here is the VegeFi Burher made from quinoa and lentils and fried to perfection. Sooo yummy, moist and delicious.

I have to confess this was not our first choice of places to eat. We actually went to two other places only to be turned away with closed signs (should've known on a Sun.) we look over and see that burgerfi was still open so we walked in for the first time.
I ordered the CEO burger with onion rings , urban fries, and a kids cheeseburger for my daughter. The burger was cooked perfectly and very flavorful not dry at all. The urban fries had some kind of white melted cheese and parmigiana, it also had hints of rosemary which gave it a unique flavor. The fries itself were crunchy and golden brown, very good! The onion rings were HUGE! Definitely don't need a whole order, get the combo of fries and rings to get a little of both. My daughter who's a picky eater ate all of her burger. A+ meal I'll go back for sure.
