Rogers, Gunter, Vaughn Insurance, Inc., (RGVI) is the successor firm to Rogers-Atkins Insurance, Inc., which was founded in 1959 by Samuel B. Rogers, Sr. and the late Robert L. Atkins. Bill Gunter, former Florida Treasurer and Insurance Commissioner, joined the firm in 1989 and became a principal stockholder in 1991. The agency merged with the Vaughn Insurance Agency, founded by Rod Vaughn, in...1979, and became Rogers, Gunter, Vaughn Insurance, Inc. in 2003. RGVI has two locations, 1117 Thomasville Road Tallahassee, Florida 32303 and 2190 Crawfordville Highway, Crawfordville, Florida 32327 and is the largest, privately and locally owned independent insurance agency in the Big Bend Region celebrating 50 years of insurance service in 2009. RGVI takes great pride in it's development and growth from a small, two person agency in the 1950's, to the present day operation of a multiple office employer with more than 50 professional associates.
