Women In The Workplace: Spearheading Supportive Environments

Join us as we discuss how to keep your workplace interactions and experiences equitable, supportive, and positive from the perspective of both the employer and the employee. Discussion topics include:

    • Women-specific challenges in the workplace relating to maternity and postpartum challenges, including pumping and childcare issues.
    • Communication among different generations in the workplace, from Gen-Z on up.
    • General workplace disputes and breakdowns in civility.

For each of these topics, we will touch on key laws and regulations as well as best practices and real-world examples of opportunities to navigate these challenges with the goal of keeping employees feeling valued and heard, and avoiding litigation which can be financially and emotionally costly for all parties.
