Giavona "G" Williams | CEO + Founder, Grova Creative
 Giavona Williams, or simply 'G,' is a creative powerhouse with over 16 years of experience in the industry. As the founder of Grova Creative, entering its 10th year, G has built an award-winning agency renowned for its creativity and design. Under her leadership, Grova has received wide recognition, including the prestigious Cuse50 Entrepreneur Award from Syracuse University, the JMI 30 Award, Small Business of the Year from the SBDC at FAMU, and multiple Best of Show honors from the American Advertising Awards for groundbreaking campaigns. G made history as the first Black Governor of Advertising for Florida and the Caribbean, where she played a pivotal role in defeating legislation aimed at taxing digital advertising in Florida. Building on that legacy, she is now leading conversations around AI policy to protect and empower creatives at the state and federal levels. She currently serves on the National Board of the American Advertising Federation as Eastern Region Chair, representing nearly 35,000 advertising professionals.
